A. 
Uses permitted. The following uses shall be permitted within all NB Neighborhood Business Districts:
(1) 
All uses allowed in the adjacent residential districts, subject however to the same requirements and restrictions specified therefor.
B. 
Additional uses by special permit. The following uses shall be permitted upon issuance of a special permit as provided in Article XIV of this chapter:
(1) 
Neighborhood stores carrying convenience goods such as but not limited to food, drugs, household wares, newspapers and magazines.
(2) 
Personal service shops providing such services as but not limited to barber, hair dressing and beauty shops; doctor, dentist and other professional offices; coin-operated dry cleaners and launderers; and gift and flower shops.
A. 
Lot areas. No business shall be permitted on a lot containing less than 10,000 square feet and having a lot width and depth less than 100 feet.
B. 
Lot coverage. All buildings, including accessory buildings, shall cover no more than 40% of the lot area.
C. 
Yards required.
(1) 
Front and rear yards shall be provided in conformity with the requirements of adjacent residential districts.
(2) 
Side yard requirements shall be observed on those sides which abut an existing dwelling.
Space shall be provided on the same lot containing a business use, as follows:
A. 
Paved and lighted parking areas equal to the floor area of the building which is devoted to a business use. Such areas shall be at least five feet from any lot line which abuts an existing dwelling.
B. 
Off-street truck delivery and service space.
A. 
Height limits. No principal building shall exceed three stories or 35 feet in height. Accessory building height and accessory structure height shall not exceed 15 feet.

B. 
Accessory buildings. Accessory buildings shall observe front and side yard requirements but on the rear half of the lot may be placed no less than five feet from a lot line.
