§ 151-4 Adoption of plan.

The plan of streets set forth in a plan prepared by C.S. Davidson, Inc., Consulting Engineers, York, Pennsylvania, May 7, 2012, entitled "Street Map of Jefferson Borough," is hereby adopted as the Borough's plan of streets for the Borough of Jefferson. A copy is attached and incorporated herein by reference.[1]

§ 151-5 Availability.

Said plan shall be and remain the property of the Borough and shall be available for public inspection at the Borough office at all reasonable times.
