The operation of establishments commonly referred to as "bottle clubs" (as such are defined within Act 66 of 1995[1]) is hereby prohibited within the Township of Pine pursuant to the terms of Act 66 of 1995 and the results of the referendum question from the primary election of April 23, 1996, as certified by the Department of Elections of the County of Allegheny on May 13, 1996.

The operation of establishments commonly referred to as "bottle clubs" (as such are defined within Act 66 of 1995) within the Township of Pine is now punishable as a criminal offense constituting a misdemeanor of the third degree per the terms and conditions of Act 66 of 1995.
The Township's staff is authorized and directed to take all necessary steps to ensure that the certified results of the aforementioned referendum question, the prohibition of the operation of establishments commonly referred to as "bottle clubs" (as defined in Act 66 of 1995) within the Township of Pine, the penalty therefor, and the provisions of this article be listed in the official records of the Township of Pine and incorporated into the Code of the Township of Pine.
