No person shall burn or cause to burn any trash,
rubbish or other combustible materials in the outside or open air
areas of real property on which a business or industry is located,
except that such combustible materials may be burned on the property,
as described aforesaid, in incinerators that have been inspected and
approved by the Fire Chief of the Fire Department.
