§ 619-6 Paintball, paint pellet gun or similar device prohibited. A. No person shall fire, discharge or otherwise use a paintball gun or similar device:(1) In any public place;(2) In, on or upon any public property owned, leased or otherwise under the control of the City of Marlborough; or(3) In, on or upon the private property of another without first obtaining the written consent of the owner or person in control of such property.B. No person shall carry or possess a paintball gun or similar device:(1) In, on or upon the buildings or grounds of any school or public recreation area; or(2) In any school bus or other pupil transport vehicle.
§ 619-7 Enforcement; violations and penalties. A. Any person found in wilful violation of the provisions of this article may be arrested by a police officer.B. Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this article shall be fined $300 per offense.
