No person shall drive a vehicle onto South Emerson
Street from Sunset View Street in the Borough. "Do Not Enter" signs
shall be and are hereby directed to be erected, facing south, on the
northeast and northwest corners of South Emerson Street at its intersection
with Sunset View Street.
Any person violating any of the provisions of
this article shall, upon summary conviction thereof, be sentenced
to pay a fine in accordance with the Vehicle Code, which shall not
exceed $600, plus costs of prosecution, and in default of payment
thereof, to be imprisoned in the York County Prison for a period not
to exceed 30 days.
