Editor's Note: Article 11 adopted at the 1-31-2011 STM provided that all retirees retiring after acceptance of MGL c. 32B, § 18A, their spouses and dependents who are enrolled in Medicare Part A at no cost to retirees, their spouses or dependents, or eligible for coverage hereunder at no cost to retirees, their spouses or dependents, be required to enroll in a Medicare health benefits supplement plan offered by the Town.
