The following regulations are adopted and promulgated for the protection of residents, sanitation of landscaping, and the purity of the water and parks of the City of Sanford, such action being undertaken pursuant to the powers vested in the City.

No persons shall feed ducks or any wild animals on City property.
Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a violation and subject to a fine of not more than $200.
