For the purpose of this chapter, the Borough of Leonia is hereby divided into twelve (12) zone districts, known as:

A. 
The map entitled "Zoning Map of the Borough of Leonia" dated September 1980 delineating the above zoning districts, is hereby amended to add Zone District A-4 and the properties within this district are outlined on the attached amended Zoning Map dated September 1989 as the Z-4 Zone which said map is declared to be a part hereof. The Schedule of Requirements which accompany this chapter is hereby declared to be part thereof.[1]

B. 
The map entitled "Zoning Map of the Borough of Leonia" previously amended by a Zoning Map dated September 1989, which was amended as part of the Zoning Code by Ordinance No. 1089, is further amended to provide that the map which is made a part of this section, entitled a "Zoning Map of the Borough of Leonia, dated July 6, 1992" is declared to be the Zoning Map for purposes of the Zoning Code of the Borough of Leonia.

C. 
The Zoning Map of the Borough of Leonia is hereby amended to change the property known as Lot 1 in Block 1213 on the Tax Assessment Map of the Borough of Leonia from A-3 Single Family Zoning to, AH-Affordable Housing Zone.

D. 
Section 290-5, "Zoning Map," is revised to add the SH Zone. The location consists of Block 901, Lot 7 and Block 901, Lot 6.01 as shown on Map A.

E. 
The Zoning Map of the Borough of Leonia is hereby amended to add the AH-2 Overlay Zone. The AH-2 Overlay Zone is comprised of the following properties: Block 1501, Lots 22, 23, and 24.

Zone district boundary lines as shown on the Zoning Map accompanying this chapter are intended to coincide with lot lines, the center lines of streets, drainagecourses or railroads as they existed at the time of adoption of this chapter, or they are designed on the Zoning Map by figures or dimensions. In case of uncertainty or disagreement as to the true location of any zone boundary line, the determination shall lie with the Board of Adjustment.
