All residences and other establishments located along the line of the Borough sewer system that can reasonably connect to the public sewer shall be connected to and serviced by the public sewer system.
The Board may issue instructions to the property owner so affected to connect within 30 days, unless the property falls within a newly established operational stage of the Borough's sewerage system where the Borough has allowed a one-hundred-eighty-day period for connecting. However, should a nuisance be created, the connection must be made immediately. [1]
