Ordinances of 1975]
There is hereby created the position of Housing
Inspector, who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and
consent of the Council.
The Housing Inspector shall serve for a term
of one year, expiring at the end of each year or until his successor
is appointed and qualified.
