Borough of Palisades Park, NJ Article IV Chief Financial Officer

§ 48-19 Position created.

There is hereby created the position of Chief Financial Officer pursuant to P.L. 1988, c. 110.[1]

§ 48-20 Appointment.

The Chief Financial Officer shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Borough Council.

§ 48-21 Responsibilities.

The Chief Financial Officer shall carry out responsibilities as set forth under N.J.S.A. 52:27BB-26 et seq.

§ 48-22 Salary.

The salary of the Chief Financial Officer shall be established by the Salary Ordinance.[1]
