§ 139-36 Conformance required. Garages and motor vehicle repair shops shall conform to all other applicable requirements of this chapter, as well as the following provisions.
§ 139-37 Permits required. A. No person shall use any building, shed or enclosure as a place of business for the purpose of servicing or repairing any motor vehicle therein without a permit.B. Permit fee required. See Article XX.
