[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Caln 8-4-1965 by resolution. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Board of Commissioners of the Township of Caln, by virtue of the authority of the Act of June 24, 1931, P.L. 1206 (53 P.S. § 55626) and its amendments, does hereby declare that there is created in the Township of Caln the Caln Township Civil Service Commission.
The Board of Commissioners does hereby appoint as the initial members of the Civil Service Commission the following qualified electors of the Township:
A. 
Claude Werntz for the term expiring December 31, 1970.
B. 
William Ahrens for the term expiring December 31, 1968.
C. 
Arthur Jarvis for the term expiring December 31, 1966.
