The owners of all buildings within the Township shall install, maintain and continue to maintain numbering on such buildings, which numbering shall be clearly visible from the street.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
BUILDING
Any residence, store, dwelling or structure, of whatsoever nature, to or in which persons reside, are invited or have access.
NUMBERING
Numbers in Arabic style, of sufficient contrasting color with their background so as to be visible from the street. Numbers, their sequence and disputes relative thereto shall be determined by the Township Engineer.
OWNERS
Any person, proprietorship, firm, corporation, association or any other entity having any interest in and to real estate within the Township.
A. 
Separate violation. Every day that a violation of this chapter occurs shall be deemed a separate violation.
B. 
Maximum penalty. For violation of this chapter, a maximum penalty of $5 for each violation.
