Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-197, the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule X, § 225-57, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are designated and maintained as no-passing zones, as authorized by the Commissioner of Transportation.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XI, § 225-58, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through streets except where yield right-of-way signs are provided for in the designation.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XII, § 225-59, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided in the schedule.
A.
Trucks over one ton. Trucks over one ton of gross weight are hereby prohibited from parking on streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIII, § 225-60, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B.
Trucks over four tons. Trucks over four tons of gross weight are hereby excluded, except for the pickup and delivery of materials from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIV, § 225-61, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
C.
Trucks over 10 tons. Trucks over 10 tons of gross weight are hereby excluded, except for the pickup and delivery of materials from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XV, § 225-62, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
D.
Trucks over 15 tons. Trucks over 15 tons of gross weight are hereby excluded, except for the pickup and delivery of materials from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XVI, § 225-63, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
E.
Violations and penalties. Any person or entity found in violation
of this section shall be liable for a penalty of not less than $100
nor more than $2,000.

No person shall park a school bus or commercial bus or truck
at any time upon any of the streets or upon any residential property
within a residential zone or district as it appears on the Zoning
Map of the Township except for the pickup or discharge of passengers,
or the pickup or delivery of material or goods to/from said streets
or parts of streets. "Truck" for purposes of this section shall be
a commercial vehicle with three or more axles and/or a tandem axle
and/or having a gross vehicle weight of over 10 tons. "Bus" for purposes
of this section shall mean a commercial vehicle with a capacity to
transport 10 or more passengers and shall include school buses.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-197, the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XVIII, § 225-65, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are designated as one-way streets in the direction designated.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections described in Schedule XIX, § 225-66, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are designated as yield intersections, and yield right-of-way signs shall be installed as provided therein.
A.
Left turn. No person shall make a left turn at any of the locations described in Schedule XX, § 225-67, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B.
U-turn. No person shall make a U-turn at any of the locations described in Schedule XXI, § 225-68, attached to and made a part of this chapter.

Regulatory and warning signs shall be installed and
maintained for the within streets as required by the Division of Motor
Vehicles.
C.
Reduction of speed limits. The Chief of Police of
the Township may order a reduction of a regular speed limit on Township
streets for periods not exceeding 72 hours for purposes of maintenance
and/or repairs, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-98.2, as amended from time
to time. The Chief of Police or his designee shall notify the Commissioner
of Transportation of the affected segment of highway no less than
seven days before any such reduction, except that in cases of emergency
the Commissioner may have the notification period waived. The Chief
of Police shall cause the affected highway to be so posted.
No person shall enter or exit the parking areas to which the public is invited, as specified in Schedule XXIV, § 225-71, except as designated in such schedule.
Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated after approval and inspection by the New Jersey Department of Transportation, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 39:1-1 et seq., conforming to design approval by and maintained in operation as authorized by the New Jersey Department of Transportation, at locations described in Schedule XXV, § 225-72, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
