A.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the areas marked in yellow on the attached plan prepared by Carr Engineering Associates, P.A., revised October 4, 1989, such plan declared to be a part of this chapter without the inclusion of the text herein,[1] which areas are in front or alongside of all the buildings of the shopping center for a width of 36 feet from the curbing, as shown, including that area on the westerly side of the main building Nos. 1 and 2.

B.
"No stopping or standing" signs shall be installed on every third post in front of the stores labeled No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 on the attached diagram and the thirty-six-foot-width areas, as well as the curbing, shall be properly identified by the application of yellow paint. These areas shall also be marked showing that no stopping or standing is permitted.
C.
All entrances to the shopping center shall be signed with the following legend: "Parking Only in Designated Areas and Between the Painted Lines, Tow-Away Zones."
D.
Tow-away. Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading zones, oil fills, any grass area or pedestrian walkway; or present any traffic or safety hazard; or any vehicle parked in areas other than those designated for parking may be removed by towing at the cost and expense of the owner of such vehicle.
E.
Proper signs shall be installed as shown on the attached plan, and all signs, bolts, posts or other necessary materials shall be installed and maintained by the owner of the shopping center. The Ewing Township Police Department shall inspect and determine whether installations meet state, local and federal rules and regulations.
