Township of Ewing, NJ Article II Defacement

§ 257-3 Definitions.

As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

DEFACE

To cover, mark, write on, paint, color or otherwise mar, disfigure or draw on any private or public property anything of any nature whatsoever without the express consent of the owner.

§ 257-4 Conduct prohibited.

A. No person shall deface any private or public property.

B. No person shall assist, counsel, aid, abet or knowingly supply materials therefor to any person in the defacement of any private or public property.

§ 257-5 Violations and penalties.

Except as provided herein, violations of this article shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, Article III, General Penalty.
