In accordance N.J.S.A. 54:4-64, if a mortgagee, servicing organization or property tax processing organization requests a duplicate copy of a tax bill, the Tax Collector shall issue a duplicate copy upon receipt of the following fees from the party making said request:
A. 
First duplicate copy: $5.
B. 
Each subsequent duplicate copy of the same tax bill in the same tax year: $25.
