Marriage/civil union license: $28 (state-mandated
fee).

Remarriage license: $28 (state-mandated fee).
C.
Domestic partner registration: $28 (state-mandated
fee).
D.
Every person who desires a certified copy of a birth
certificate, marriage certificate, death certificate, domestic partnership
certificate or civil union certificate shall complete and submit an
approved application form, show required identification and pay the
full amount of the application fee to the Registrar of Vital Statistics
of the Borough of East Rutherford as follows:

Each certified copy of a birth certificate shall be
$15.
(2)
Each certified copy of a death certificate shall be
$15.
(3)
Each certified copy of a marriage or remarriage certificate
shall be $15.
(4)
Each certified copy of a domestic partnership certificate
shall be $15.
(5)
Each certified copy of civil union or reaffirmation
certificate shall be $15.
E.
Every person who desires a photocopied certified copy
of a birth, marriage, remarriage, death, domestic partnership, civil
union or reaffirmation certificate shall be charged $15 per copy.
If any amendments are attached to such original record, an additional
fee of $15 shall also be paid for each amendment.

F.
Every person who is requesting a certification of
a marriage, remarriage, birth, death, domestic partnership, civil
union or reaffirmation certificate shall be charged $15 for each certification
requested.
