The Borough of East Rutherford, through the implementation by the Public Works and Utilities Commission of the Borough of East Rutherford,[1] does hereby adopt in whole the prior revised rate schedule of the former East Rutherford Sewerage Authority, including but not limited to all fees relative to connections, flow, fixture units, and so forth. The same is incorporated herein by reference.[2]

A. 
The former revised rate schedule is hereby amended for the year 1994 to provide for a uniform equitable increase in the various fees as follows:
(1) 
Flow charges are hereby increased from $1.81 per thousand to $2.53 per thousand.
(2) 
Fixture unit charges are hereby increased as follows:

B. 
Residential increase. A residential increase shall be from $25 per dwelling unit to $35 per dwelling unit.
