The provisions of Subdivision B of Article 1, N.J.S.A. 26:3-1 et seq., be and the same are hereby adopted.
The Board of Health of the Township of Mullica, County of Atlantic, shall consist of five members, to be appointed by the Township Committee of the Township of Mullica.
The members of the Board of Health shall serve for a term of three years. The term shall be so arranged that the terms of not more than two members shall expire in any one year.
If any vacancy occurs on the Board of Health, it shall be filled in the same manner in which the original appointment was made, but shall be for the unexpired portion of the term only.

There is hereby created the positions of Investigator and Attorney for the Board of Health, Township of Mullica, County of Atlantic.
The Investigator shall be appointed by the Board of Health, Mullica Township, for the term of one year.
It shall be the duty of the Board of Health Investigator to conduct any and all investigations pertaining to and/or relative to the proper compliance with any Board of Health ordinances, resolutions or regulations, and to make reports to the Board of Health as required.
The Board of Health Attorney shall be appointed by the Board of Health, Mullica Township, and shall serve as required upon request of the Board of Health and shall be paid on a fee basis for legal services rendered.
It shall be the duty of the Board of Health Attorney to render all legal services pertaining to and relating to the proper conduct or the duties of the Board of Health, Mullica Township, Atlantic County, New Jersey.
