Township of Mullica, NJ Chapter 55 Shade Tree Commission

§ 55-1 Shade Tree Commission established,: duties.

The regulation, planting, care and control of shade and ornamental trees and shrubbery upon or in the highway, parks or parkways of said township shall be exercised by and be under the authority of a Commission consisting of three residents of such municipality, which Commission shall be known as the "Shade Tree Commission of Mullica Township."
