It is pronounced public policy of the Township of Mullica that no person
or persons, partnership, association or corporation shall permit any horses,
cows, swine, goats, poultry, dogs or any other animal to run at large in Mullica
Township; nor shall any person or persons hereinabove described permit any
animal to damage personal property or livestock belonging to anyone situate
within Mullica Township. It is the further declared policy of the Township
Council of the Township of Mullica that all dogs in the Township shall be
licensed and kept under such restraint as is required for the safety and welfare
of the general public within the Township.
