A. 
No person shall keep any dog or animal within the Township of Mullica that causes a nuisance or disturbs the peace and quiet of the surrounding area in which it is kept, whether said nuisance or disturbance of the peace is caused by excessive, loud and continuous barking and howling or through the excessive, loud, continuous making of any similar sounds or noises.
B. 
This article shall not apply to the barking or howling of a dog being used in conjunction with the sport of hunting, as long as said dog is accompanied by its owner, keeper or custodian.

No person shall feed in any public park, or any other property owned or operated by the Township of Mullica, any wildlife, excluding confined wildlife, for example, wildlife confined in zoos, parks or rehabilitation centers or unconfined wildlife at environmental education centers or feral cats as part of an approved trap-neuter-release program or deer baiting for hunting purposes.
