A. 
No person shall keep any dog or animal within the Township of Mullica that causes a nuisance or disturbs the peace and quiet of the surrounding area in which it is kept, whether said nuisance or disturbance of the peace is caused by excessive, loud and continuous barking and howling or through the excessive, loud, continuous making of any similar sounds or noises.
B. 
This article shall not apply to the barking or howling of a dog being used in conjunction with the sport of hunting, as long as said dog is accompanied by its owner, keeper or custodian.
Any person violating the provisions of § 79-16 of Chapter 79, Animals, of the Code of the Township of Mullica shall be subject to a fine not to exceed the sum of $100.
