No person shall discharge any firearms, air gun, air pistol, slingshot or other weapon within the limits of the Township of Rochelle Park, unless specially authorized by the Chief of Police or officer in charge.

No person shall engage in hunting within the limits of the Township of Rochelle Park.
For the purpose of § 120-2, the carrying of a loaded rifle or shotgun within the limits of the Township of Rochelle Park shall be deemed prima facie evidence of hunting therein.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 or be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than 90 days, or both, for each offense.
