A. 
Any person who violates any provisions of Chapter 210, Article V, shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 210-24 of this chapter.
B. 
Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter 210 other than those in Article V shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
