This chapter shall be known as may be cited as the "Plumbers and Electricians Licensing Law of the Village of Bronxville, New York."
A. 
Plumbing. No person, firm or corporation shall engage in the business of plumbing in the Village of Bronxville unless he, she or it shall have obtained and have in force and effect a Westchester County Master Plumber's License.
B. 
Electrical installations. No person, firm or corporation shall engage in the business of installing or repairing electrical wiring or equipment in the Village of Bronxville unless he, she or it shall have in force and effect a Westchester County Electrician's License.[1]

C. 
Penalty. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate this chapter shall be guilty of a violation as defined in the Penal Law of the State of New York and punished accordingly and, in addition, shall be subject to a civil penalty not exceeding $250.[2]
