A. 
Installation. Multispace parking machines shall be installed at various Village-operated parking areas. Each such area shall have outlined parking spaces, together with proper signage for the operation of the multispace parking machine.
B. 
Method of operation. Multispace parking machines shall accept payment in the form of coins of the United States of America as well as credit cards and debit cards. Fees shall be set from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees.
C. 
Hours and days of operation. Multispace parking machine operation shall be enforced between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. daily except Sundays and holidays specified in § 290-41 of this chapter.

The Village may authorize the use of a mobile payment system through which a mobile device may be used to make a payment electronically for parking in certain metered parking spaces. Payments made through a mobile payment system shall be made in lieu of payments to parking meters or multispace parking machines.
