Prior to the adoption of any amendment to the
traffic regulations of the Village of Bronxville, the following procedural
steps shall be taken, provided that such requirements shall not apply
with respect to any addition, deletion or other change to any such
proposed amendment made at a meeting of the Board of Trustees, and
provided that the Board of Trustees retains the authority to waive
compliance with or amend or rescind this resolution at any time:
A.
Due public notice of the proposed amendment shall
be given in the same manner that notice of a proposed local law is
given;
B.
A public hearing on the proposed amendment shall be
duly held in the same manner that a hearing is held on a proposed
local law; and
C.
Comment on the proposed amendment shall be solicited
from the Parking Commission.
