[Adopted 4-17-2000 by L.L. No. 1-2000]
The local laws, ordinances and resolutions of the Village of Canastota of a general and permanent nature adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Canastota by L.L. No. 12-1976 on April 19, 1976, as revised, codified and consolidated into chapters, articles and sections by General Code Publishers Corp. as set forth below, and as renumbered to consist of Chapters 1 through 230, together with an Appendix, are hereby approved, adopted, ordained and enacted as the "Code of the Village of Canastota," hereafter known and referred to as the "Code."
