§ 14-4 Funding for Committee projects; appropriation of additional gifts and donations.

The Village of Canastota Board of Trustees, by motion, established a Beautification Committee to enhance the beauty of the Village of Canastota. The Village also established a line item for yearly funding for Committee projects in the general fund budget. When the Beautification Committee receives donations and gifts over and above the Village allocation, said donations and gifts will be placed into a dedicated fund to be used in the beautification of the Village of Canastota. The expenditure of these funds must be approved by the Board of Trustees.
