It shall be unlawful for any person in any manner to obstruct the use
of any fire hydrant within the village or to place any material in front thereof
or within 10 feet of either side thereof.
It shall be unlawful for any person, unless duly authorized, to open,
draw water from, unfasten or to break or injure any of the fire hydrants set
in the public streets of the village.
