The zoning districts are shown, defined and bounded on the Zoning Map accompanying this chapter. The Zoning Map is hereby made a part of this chapter and shall be on file in the office of the Village Clerk.[1]

A. 
Questions concerned with the exact location of district boundary lines as shown on the Zoning Map shall be resolved by the Board of Appeals.
B. 
Where a district boundary line divides a lot of record at the time such line is adopted, the regulations for the less restricted part of such lot shall extend not more than 30 feet into the more restricted part, provided that the lot has frontage on a street in the less restricted district.
