to said northerly turnpike line, 50 feet, to a point therein; thence N 11°
05 30 W along an easterly line of the lands of one Hoffman, now or formerly,
a distance of 430.6 feet to the northeasterly corner of said lands; thence
S 79° 51 W along the northerly line of said Hoffman lands, being the southerly
line of lands conveyed to said Village of Canastota by Charles and Rosa Hoffman
by a deed dated February 28, 1928, recorded in Liber 283 at Page 462, a distance
of 555.1 feet, to the northwesterly corner of said Hoffman lands; thence N
10° 11 40 W along an easterly line of the lands of Joseph Taber as described
in said deed recorded in Liber 283 at Page 462, a distance of 37.0 feet, to

a distance of 472.0 feet, to the southwesterly corner of said conveyance to

being a point in the southerly line of the lands of the former West Shore
Railroad; thence N 88° 11 20 E on a chord a distance of 1,024.6 feet,
being described in said deed as "easterly along the southerly line of said
railroad on a curve to the right about 1,025 feet, to the westerly line of
the Clark farm," being the northeasterly corner of said conveyance from Hoffman;
thence N 10° 55 20 W along the westerly line of a parcel conveyed by Goodhand
and Ida M. Clark to the Village of Canastota dated December 31, 1927, recorded
in Liber 288 at Page 386 a distance of 49.1 feet, to the northwesterly corner
of said parcel and to a point in the southerly line of the lands of said railroad;

of New York State Route No. 5 with the westerly boundary of the land of the
Village of Canastota (now or formerly); thence S 79° 59 30 W 225.20 feet
along the northerly highway boundary of New York State Route No. 5 to an iron
pipe standing on the easterly boundary of Charles R. And Leona M. Button (now
or formerly); thence N 11° 07 51 W 551.68 feet along the easterly boundary
of Button to an iron pin standing on the southerly boundary of the lands of
the Village of Canastota; thence N 80° 03 44 E 241 feet plus or minus
along the southerly boundary of the lands of the Village of Canastota to a
