In the interpretation of this chapter, its provisions shall be construed as follows:
A. 
Any term in the singular shall include the plural.
B. 
Any term in the masculine shall include the feminine and neuter.
C. 
Any requirements or prohibition of any act shall, respectively, extend to and include the causing or procuring, directly or indirectly, of such act.
D. 
No provision hereof shall make unlawful any act necessarily performed by any officer or employee of the Village of Floral Park in line of duty or work as such, or by any person, his agents or employees, in the proper and necessary execution of the terms of any agreement with the village.
A. 
All articles, sections and subdivisions of this chapter shall be effective within, above and upon all village park property and shall regulate the use thereof by all persons.
B. 
The provisions of this chapter shall be in addition to any and all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of the Village of Floral Park, State of New York and United States of America.
C. 
For the purposes of this chapter, a "park" shall mean any land purchased or leased by the village or accepted by the Board of Trustees, on behalf of the village, by grant or devise for a public park or square, or any other village land which the Board of Trustees duly designates and sets aside as a "park."
