[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Victor 6-18-1904; amended in its entirety 5-1-1989 by L.L. No. 2-1989. Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
The riding of bicycles and other similar vehicles upon the sidewalks within said Village is prohibited, except by children 10 years old or younger, and riders of bicycles and other similar vehicles must obey the rules of the road appertaining to the passing and meeting of pedestrians or vehicles.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $250 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days, or both, for each violation thereof.
