Pursuant to § 472 of the Labor Law of the State of New York, the Town Board of the Town of Wilson, on behalf of the Town of Wilson, hereby assumes full responsibility for the enforcement of Article 17 of the Labor Law and the rules promulgated and adopted thereunder.

The Town Board does hereby delegate to the Zoning/Code Enforcement Officer of the Town of Wilson, and does hereby charge this officer with the responsibility of enforcing the provisions of Article 17 of the Labor Law and the rules adopted thereunder.
