Submission of the preliminary plat must be accompanied by a processing fee in an amount as set by resolution of the Town Board; a "short procedure" subdivision shall also be accompanied by a fee in an amount as set by resolution of the Town Board.

Whenever the installation of improvements is required, the final plat must be accompanied by a fee to cover the costs of engineering inspection. The amount of the fee will be as set by resolution of the Town Board.
