All definitions found within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's
Vehicle Code (75 Pa.C.S.A. § 102) shall apply, as applicable to
this chapter.
Vehicles and equipment are not permitted to stop, stand or park in designated
fire lanes. No obstructions shall be permitted in or around designated fire
lanes. The penalty for violation of this section shall be $50, as amended
by the Supervisors from time to time, and/or removal or towing at the expense
of the property owner and/or the owner of the vehicle or equipment.

All signage required by this chapter shall state that no standing, stopping

such signage shall be approved by the Tobyhanna Township Supervisors or the
Zoning Officer, as the designee of the Supervisors. All signage required under
this chapter shall be double-faced.
