The municipality or its assignee shall inspect all
phases of the installation of the permanent stormwater management
facilities.

During any stage of the work, if the municipality
determines that the permanent stormwater management facilities are
not being installed in accordance with the approved drainage plan,
the municipality shall revoke any existing permits until a revised
drainage plan is submitted and approved, as specified in this article.
Revoking a permit shall be executed only after reasonable notice,
including specific violation(s) and 10 days to correct deficiencies.
