A. 
If the Select Board or their designee announce that all Town offices are closed due to a weather or other emergency, any scheduled public meeting shall be cancelled. However, public meetings may be held if the meeting is properly noticed for and held in an online format where the public may observe the meeting. A previously scheduled in-person only meeting may be changed to an online format by submitting a revised agenda to the Town Clerk in a timely fashion. If a meeting is cancelled, the Town Clerk shall post notice of the cancellation on the Town website.
B. 
This prohibition will not apply to emergency meetings held to address weather or other emergencies as defined by the Attorney General.
C. 
No board, committee or commission shall schedule a meeting on the day of any town, state or federal election.
