Any lot grading plans approved pursuant to this chapter shall expire one year after approval unless, due to excessive weather conditions or the extensive nature of the development, the Borough Engineer may approve the plan for an additional year.
No certificate of occupancy shall be issued for a single-family dwelling unless the lot has been developed in accordance with a lot grading plan approved by the Borough Engineer. A formal report of such compliance shall be filed with the Building Official or municipal agent authorized to issue certificates of occupancy.
