This Board may appoint one or more inspectors whose duty it will be
to enforce all the provisions of this chapter and to enforce any and all laws
which have for their object the preservation of the public health, the prevention
of disease and the abatement of nuisances.
Any person having any grievance or complaint pertaining to the Sanitary
Code or sanitary conditions in the Borough of Hopatcong shall submit such
complaint in writing to the Secretary of the Board of Health, and henceforth
no oral complaint shall be entertained.
