There is established the position of Manager
of the Construction Code Office.
The Manager of the Construction Code Office
shall report to the Construction Code Official.
The term of office of the Manager of the Construction
Code Office shall be for a period of three years, to run from January
1 to December 31 of the third year following appointment.
The duties of the position of the Manager of
the Construction Code Office shall be on file with the Township Clerk
and may, from time to time, be revised to reflect current needs.
