For the purpose of this chapter, the Township
of Mantua is hereby divided into 14 districts as follows:

In addition to the permitted uses within each
of the designated zoning districts, two types of planned developments
are permitted as of right in accordance with the requirements of this
chapter on certain lands as follows:

The Zoning Map dated September 17, 2018 and
revised November 27, 2018, a copy of which is also attached hereto, be and the same is hereby adopted. Additionally, the
map entitled "Critical Areas" is hereby made part of this chapter and shall be deemed conclusive for the purpose of administering
the land use control measures of this chapter; provided, however,
that the Planning Board or Zoning Board of Adjustment, as the case
may be, may consider other sources of information presented by an
applicant to more definitively define the location and extent of the
critical areas on any lot or tract at the time of subdivision and/or
site plan review.
