GENERAL REFERENCES
Division of Emergency Management — See § 5-79.
There shall be a Defense Council of the city as heretofore created and
established. It shall have all the functions, powers and duties conferred
upon it pursuant to general law or by any executive order or regulation promulgated
pursuant to law.[1]
