[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee of the Township of Wall 11-8-1978 as Sec. 2-16 of the Revised General Ordinances. Amendments noted where applicable.]
A. 
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11(5), the Township of Wall is hereby authorized to enter into a cooperative pricing agreement with the County of Monmouth as the lead agency and the Township as a participating contracting unit for the purchase of selected work materials and supplies.
B. 
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11(5) the Township of Wall is hereby authorized to enter into a cooperative pricing agreement with the Monmouth County Educational Services Commission as the lead agency for the purchase of selected work, materials and supplies.
C. 
The Township is further authorized to enter into other such agreements with other lead agencies as may be determined by the Township Committee from time to time to be advantageous to the Township.
A. 
The lead agency under such cooperative pricing and cooperative purchasing agreements shall be responsible for compliance with all applicable provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and all other provisions of the revised statutes of the State of New Jersey as to the bidding, awarding, and execution of master contracts.
B. 
The Township shall be responsible under such agreements to certify the availability of funds for purchases to be made by or on behalf of the Township and to issue such purchase orders or other documents as may be necessary to complete such purchases.
