Trucks over 8,000 pounds GVWR (gross vehicle
weight rating) are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets
described in Schedule V except for the pickup and delivery of materials
on such streets; Schedule V being attached to and made a part of this
chapter.

A. Low-speed vehicle defined. For purposes of this section,
the term "low-speed vehicle" shall mean the type of vehicle defined
and regulated by P.L. 2006, c. 273. The term shall also include "neighborhood
electric vehicles (NEV)".
B. Operation prohibited. The operation of low-speed vehicles on any roadway within the Township of Wall, except as provided in §
215-10.1C hereof, be and the same is hereby prohibited.
C. Exception. The Township Committee may permit the operation of low-speed vehicles on roadways within a gated residential community, upon receipt of a request from the Board of Directors of the homeowner's association of such community and upon the review and advice of the Police Department. The use of low-speed vehicles within gated, residential communities shall be permitted only if it is determined that the operation of such vehicles within a specific community will not be a hazard to motorists, pedestrians or residents of the gated community. Any such exception shall be established by ordinance and shall be set forth in Subsection
D hereof.
The streets or parts of streets described in
Schedule VI attached to and made a part of this chapter are hereby
designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140,
the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VII attached
to and made a part of this chapter are hereby designated as through
streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each
street intersecting the through street except where yield signs are
provided for in the designations.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140,
the intersections described in Schedule VIII attached to and made
a part of this chapter are hereby designated as stop intersections.
Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140,
the intersections described in Schedule IX attached to and made a
part of this chapter are hereby designated as yield intersections.
Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The locations described in Schedule X attached
to and made a part of this chapter are hereby designated as loading
zones.
The locations described in Schedule XI attached
to and made a part of this chapter are hereby designated as taxi stands.
The locations described in Schedule XII attached
to and made a part of this chapter are hereby designated as bus stops.
The streets or parts of streets described in
Schedule XVI attached to and made a part of this chapter shall have
the speed limits designated in such schedule for both directions of
traffic.
