A.
Members of the Bureau of Fire Prevention, the Fire Inspector and the elected Chiefs of the fire districts or protection district may, at all reasonable hours or at any time they have reason to believe that a violation of this chapter may exist, enter any building or premises within the Town of Newburgh, except the interior of a private dwelling, for the purpose of making any inspection or investigation which, under the provisions of this chapter, they deem necessary.
B.
The occupant and/or owner of any building or premises other than a private dwelling shall display at a site readily visible to the public the name and policy numbers of the fire and liability insurance company(ies) currently insuring said premises.
